Hello guys today is a six week for practical and this second time for Ala Carte menu and my group get section Dessert, many new food and Deffrent will be prepare for tomorrow, and we start like usually at 8.00 and prepare all like red velvet, orange truffle and honey ice cream, and we finish at 3.00 and cleaning and go home like usually.
