First week after exam we get back to the kitchen we loved. In the morning we wait for a lecturer comeing.

We start study with we head prody Mr Wawan and give we study about the next material. Mr wawan tell about fermentation like tape ( Tradisonal Food ). And today we make tape from glutinous rice red. After that we make tape corresponding the metode experience parents.

We start learn technique in the making a tape glutinous because many people say this hard to make it. And many think must be attention. Like giving yeast and for place keeping.

So after that we rest and wait general cleaning we cleaning pastry and around. After that we go home and reat.
