Today me, randy and Musiriani incharge at mtb 2 b class, to help make eropa menu. In the morning Mr.syarial open the class with materi from him and some review to all mtb 2 b class. And we doing start at 8.00 am Randy at pastry help to make bread like soft roll and france bread, me in to help make maincours and anu dish , and ria to help make a butter cake.

Before 12.00 am we finish and be ready waiting restaurant open. After restaurant open with Table'Do style. After that we pripere for tomorrow like potatoe au gratin, soft roll and choux many more..

At 03.30 we start to cleaning and finsh at 05.00, after closing from Mr.Jaya we go home again.
