Day 04 

Today the last day this week, menu is celebes food or can say lokal food, me and my group get Maincours menu. Maincours menu like Konro Bakar, Sambal tomat, dan acar and added some condimen.

We doing at 08.00, first we heat again konro Meet with oven until soft again and after that grill konro Meet with griller until cook.

After all food ready with nice garnish, we serve in restaurant at 10.45 all food is ready to eat.

We finish at 12.30 and break. At 15.00 we start to cleaning like usually and go home to rest.
