Incharger

Currently im incharge in kitchen and this is my first incharge, im with Arih raihana and great help smester 2 in practice this time, Menu today is breakfast where breakfast menu like, omelette, boiled egg and various processed eggs served along with some condiments such as potatoes, sausage, and Baken.

After the restaurant open at 10.30 smester 2 has started busy with some of the orders they get. Still fairly slow can be needed because of several factors.

After the restaurant closes, we do the cleaning first. After that we start preparing food for tomorrow which is English Breakfast menu. There are some that are prepared such as muffins, english muffins, and Fruit compod.
After that we cleaned up again, late afternoon and we went home.
